The ramen was rich and flavorful, I really enjoyed the chashu. Unfortunately, my friend’s salmon bowl took about half an hour to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the food quality was solid overall.
Our kid loved the kids meal. It has so many varieties and tastes great. The service was amazing! The girl helped us was so nice! I feel the ramen is one of the best I had in Calgary.
Crystal always takes very good care of me every time I come here. Very sweet and always caring. In terms of food my go to is the Tonkotsu Black which is a classic ramen and you can't go wrong. The pork buns were really delicious as well along with the matcha lychee drink. In terms of service everyone is extremely kind and professional. I love coming here always.
I love the authentic feel you get as soon as you enter! incredible service. The only thing is they don't take reservations, but you can usually find seating. 25 per ramen bowl and it's a lot so don't order anything extra if you're planning on eating ramen
I didn’t try the ramen, just got the salmon bowl. It was okay, not much flavor, so I added soy sauce. Not the best I’ve had but I still ate it all. I think this place is more about ramen anyway, everyone seems to order that. The lychee matcha drink was super tasty though! And Matilda who helped us was really nice and friendly. Service was great.
Best ramen in the city. Hands down! Quick service. Huge portions. Great value. Consistently excellent. The tempura brussels sprouts are a must try. I love the way each table setting comes with three different sauces. My go to dish is the spicy vegan Ramen and although it is spicy, it is also rich and creamy and filled with tofu and veggies. The seasonal menu often offers cold noodles, sauce, noodles, and other vegetarian and vegan options. I love how Virginia offers impossible meat as an alternative in some of their dumplings and baos.
It's been awhile since i've had ramen. @jinyaramenbar definitely hits the spot! The broth was flavourful and stayed hot until my last bite. The noodles were cooked perfectly and not soggy. The soft boiled seasoned egg was super tasty. Definitely recommend the Jinya Tonkatsu Black ramen.
Amount of food is great. I had the red tonkotsu ramen and broth was very rich and flavourful and It was tastful. Highly recommend to have the miso grilled vegetable. Staffs were kind and nice. You should visit this place!!
